Disruption to Dial-a-Bus and Ring'n'Ride services this Saturday, Sunday, & Monday

Due to computer problems today (Friday 1 September), it is currently not possible for passengers to book our Dial-a-Bus or Ring'n'Ride services.

The fault that has occurred in the IT system also means we are unable to honour any bookings for Saturday (2 September), Sunday (3 September) and Monday (4 September) that were made by passengers either yesterday (Thursday) or today.

Group bookings and advance bookings for Saturday, Sunday or Monday that were made on or before Wednesday 30 August will be fulfilled as usual.

The Dial-a-Bus and Ring'n'Ride booking lines will re-open at 9am on Monday (4 September) and normal service will resume on Tuesday (5 September).

SPT apologises unreservedly for the inconvenience this will cause and would like to assure passengers that we are working hard to resolve the problem as soon as possible and to ensure that procedures are put in place so this situation does not occur again.

We are doing all we can to alert passengers to the situation as soon as possible to allow them to make other arrangements.
