How can SPT help?

SPT's Travel Plan officers can offer information, advice and support to help you develop and implement a Travel Plan for your organisation.

Ways SPT can assist

We can provide background information and advice to help you implement Travel Plan measures for your organisation including:

• a car sharing scheme;
• a cycle to work scheme;
• improved access to public transport information.

We can also:

• provide support and information to help with your Travel Plan events;
• provide help and support with site audits;
• provide a staff travel survey template;
• provide financial support to help with the implementation of measures through our Sustainable Travel Grant Scheme (STGS). The scheme works on a match funding basis for capital and revenue projects such as bicycle parking facilities, leaflets, posters and other initiatives associated with promoting sustainable travel;
• provide generic posters to encourage staff to travel to work by more sustainable modes.
